Slow-roast buttered Turkey

with chestnut cranberry stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata sausage, 

roast potatoes, vegetables & roast gravy (Gluten free available)

Beef Bourguignon 

with fondant potato, winter spiced braised red cabbage and a side portion of vegetables

Slowly roast belly of Gloucestershire Pork

  with crispy sage fritters, creamy mashed potatoes, black pudding, 

  roasted root vegetables and Bramley apple gravy

Pan-fried fillet of Sea Bass with new potatoes, vegetables and lemon caper butter
